About emma stansbery

I have a passion for “capturing the moment.” (Holy cliche) To me, that involves more than pressing the shutter button. I believe it is essential to remove my individual ego to create space for myself to fully step into the experience of the collective. I never am looking for satisfaction from a finished product, rather the gratification of supporting the culture with my own artistic outlet. 

I am consistently inspired and uplifted by the local scenes I have been a part of. Local music communities are full of drive, passion and motivation to make an impact on the world. As someone trying to do the same, I find that the collaboration with local scenes always yields the most powerful and intentional results.

While I was getting my journalism degree at NAU, I managed a section of the radio station, KJACK Radio, and the news publication, The Lumberjack. These outlets allowed me to be everywhere on the scene in Flagstaff. The experiences there had me craving a city with more opportunity, leading me to Denver, CO, where I am now based. I am willing to travel and I am up for hire!
